Hey all. I just wanted to tease a couple of upcoming things that I am currently working on and that you will see in the near future. One is to do with the paranormal/mystery side of this blog and the other is to do with the political side of this blog, specifically the upcoming US elections but also will be useful for further elections after that as well and is kind of something I have always wanted to do.
So, let’s get to it
Name of my upcoming new Paranormal/Mystery series…
First of all I wanted to tease the name of my upcoming series that I am working on and of which will be being posted on my blog at some point after the Haunted Files have concluded, and I am also going to give a few details on what it will be about.
So the name is going to be drum roll………
Unexplained Files
So yeah it’s going to be a spin-off of the Haunted Files series but instead of focusing on haunted places it is going to focus on specific unexplained events or mysteries that have occurred and of which continue to boggle or disturb many people out there.
It will be a similar format to haunted files, I’ll go over the event in question such as where it happened, what happened and who was involved and then after that I will go over the various theories and possible explanations and the whole thing will culminate with my conclusion which includes some of my own opinions.
I have started on the 1st part, of which there is going to be 5-parts just like Haunted Files and so I am hoping it is also going to work out well and be fairly successful and I am going to try and promote it more as well.
So that is all that is for now, it is something to look forward to, I hope.
US Political Tracking Project
Next up I am working on something that isn’t a blog post series but will be a new part of the website kind of, or perhaps I’ll just have it pinned up on the blog-post section. What this is, is a Microsoft Excel Online project where I am putting together a spreadsheet of House of Representatives seats, Senate seats state by state and also the local state legislatures as well, I am listing the names of those holding the seats and their party affiliation, so it can easily be seen who and what party holds what seats and it will continually be updated, live! And you should all be able to view the read-only version at any time and see changes as they happen.
It’s one of the things I really enjoy doing for some reason. I am hoping that I will be able to include a lot of other information within it as well, such as little bits of information on different politicians on it and interesting information about the seats and offices, kind of like little trivia information you find in wikis.
It’s something that should improve over time hopefully but I am hoping to have the base version completed within less than a month and it should definitely be up quite some time before the US elections in November.
Haunted Files Beginning Soon!
And finally, my upcoming Haunted Files series will begin with the first part on 15th September, with each part being posted on Tuesday’s from then on, so the series will culminate with the final part on the 13th October… spooky!
This means the US polling round-up will be moved to Friday’s then but don’t worry as I will still do lifestyle posts when needed on those days.
So yeah, I am looking forward for these things to be coming and I hope it enables more traffic and permanent return visitors to this blog.
